Select lot to sell from warehouse inventory When the 'Sell product' screen appears, verify the details and choose 'Sell all' or 'Sell part' depending on your needs. The system allows you to split the lot to sell to different buyers. You must enter the exact volume to be sold in this transaction.

Enter volume and select full or partial sale Select the appropriate packaging option for the lot. If you do not repackage the goods, deselect 'Standard packaging (with GTIN code)'; the lot will continue to use the Farmer's original GTIN or GLN. If you repackage the goods under your own standard, select 'Standard packaging (with GTIN code)' and enter the packaged volume to generate a new GTIN.

Select packaging options and manage GTIN code Take a real photo of the shipment to be sold as evidence. Tap the 'Create QR' button to generate the sale QR code containing the GS1 Digital Link.

You can show this screen for the buyer to scan directly, take a screenshot, download the QR code, or print it. Note that the GS1 Digital Link in the QR remains valid long-term, but the transaction session is only valid for 15 minutes. If the buyer does not confirm within this period, the transaction will lapse and you must generate a new QR. After a successful transaction, the sold volume is recorded in your warehouse under 'Sold goods'.
